    Shipping

    UK Delivery

    We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

    • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days (free)
    • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (£4.99)

    International Delivery

    We currently ship to select countries within the EU. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery via Royal Mail or our courier partner's website.

    Returns & Refunds

    How to Return

    To initiate a return, please contact our support team at returns@myceliumlabs.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label within 1 working day.

    Refund Processing

    Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myceliumlabs.co.uk with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

    Subscription Orders

    Subscription orders can be cancelled, paused, or modified at any time before the next billing date. Contact us at subscriptions@myceliumlabs.co.uk or manage your subscription through your account dashboard.
